Where are you located?

We are a US. Online boutique, our main office is located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Our partners are located in the UK. Poland, Spain and Italy.

I have a discount code, where do I enter it?

Enter your discount code in the check out portion of your order, in your cart next to discount. The store will automatically make the adjustment to the cost for you. 

Please note that if the store has another promotion or automatic discounts your discount code will not work.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After the order is sent it usually takes:

  • 3-5 business days to arrive in all European Countries and USA
  • 4-9 business days to arrive to Canada, SaudiArabia and Oceania.

In Central and South America orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive, depending on your countries customs.

We are always working on shipping items as fast as possible, we process orders within 1-2 business days. 
Sometimes we send items separately to reduce shipping time.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of placing your order or within 15 days from receiving your order.

Item/s must be unused and with all the tags.

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards like; Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPa, Apple Pay and EBANX.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. We will also send you a tracking number for you to track your order with the mail carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we might not be able to cancel your order and you might have to request a return instead. 
If your order was recently placed we might be able to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible to better assist you.

How to wash my Wool sweaters & cardigans?

Cleaning wool in a dry cleaner all the time is not recommended. You can also wash the sweater by hand, but make sure you use a mild detergent for wool and water at a temperature less than 30 ° C. Roll the sweater inside out before washing. Dip the garment in water and gently squeeze it. Do not twist or stretch the garment to avoid damaging the knitted fabric. If necessary, you can soak the garment for up to 30 minutes. Then rinse the garment thoroughly in clean water, but carefully. After washing, put the damp sweater on a towel to dry. To speed up drying, you can roll it up with a towel. While rewinding, gently press to remove the water. After unfolding, straighten the garment to its original shape. Lay it flat until it is completely dry. Never tumble dry a sweater or hang it up.
