Q. I have a discount code, where do I enter it?
Enter your discount code in the check out portion of your order, in your cart next to discount. The store will automatically make the adjustment to the cost for you.
Please note that if the store has another promotion or automatic discounts your discount code will not work.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-9 business days for your order to arrive within the U.S. Most orders arrive within a week after purchase but imported products may take up to 15 business days to arrive.
International orders may take up to 25 days to arrive, depending on where they are shipped from. Items shipped from U.S usually take 10 - 15 business days. Imported items may take up to 25 days.
Personalized orders may take an additional 5 days.
We are always working on shipping items as fast as possible, we process orders within 1-2 business days. Sometimes we send items separately to reduce shipping time.
Q. What if I have a problem with my order?

Q. Can I return my order?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with you order.
You can return your order within 30 days of placing your order or within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in original package.

Q. Where are your products shipped from?
We handpick companies from around the world.
Most of our suppliers are based in the U.S and their items are shipped from the U.S.
Imported items are shipped from our suppliers in the U.K, Spain, Japan, China and Canada.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal.
If you are placing you order from outside the U.S please use PayPal to make your payment.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. We will also send you a tracking number for you to track your order with the mail carrier.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we might not be able to cancel your order and you might have to request a return instead.
