Q. Where are you located?

We are a US. Online boutique, our main office is located in Alpharetta, Georgia. 

Q. I have a discount code, where do I enter it?

Before payment.

Enter your discount code in the check out portion of your order, in your cart next to discount. The store will automatically make the adjustment to the cost for you.

Please note that if the store has another promotion or automatic discounts your discount code will not work.

If your discount code is not working please contact us at CustomerService@lksboutique.com or Chat with us. We will be happy to assist you.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

After the order is sent it usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive within the US, Canada, UK and EU Countries.

In Central and South America orders take anywhere from 10-15 business days to arrive.

We are always working on shipping items as fast as possible, we process orders within 1-2 business days. Sometimes we send items separately to reduce shipping time.

Q. What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order please contact us at CustomerService@lksboutique.com or in the Contact Us box. Our team members will be happy to assist you and solve the problem.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority, we want to always make sure that your are happy with your orders.

Q. Can I return my order?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with you order.

You can return your order within 30 days of placing your order or within 15 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be unused, undamaged and in original package.

Q. Where are your products shipped from?

We handpick companies from around the world.

Our suppliers are based in the US, UK, Spain, Poland and Italy.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPa, Apple Pay and EBANX

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. We will also send you a tracking number for you to track your order with the mail carrier.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we might not be able to cancel your order and you might have to request a return instead.
